Matupang 4x4 Challenge

Matupang is a village located in the district of Ranau on the way to Telupid road from Ranau town. This event was jointly organized by Kundasang four Wheel Drive (K4WDC) and youth association of Kampung Matupang, Ranau. It is a Semi Hardcore challenge for about 12 powerful 4x4 cars of different makes and modification.

My Olympus E-1 back to work again

After several weeks at Olympus Service Center, I received my E-1 today with fresh new shutter curtain. The cost is about RM290 to replace the parts.

Cahaya mentari pagi Kinabalu

Hujung minggu sahaja masa yang ada untuk saya betul-betul melakukan aktiviti yang saya minati iaitu fotografi. Cahaya pagi subuh selalunya ramai daripada kita yang tidak sempat untuk melihat jika bangun selepas masa yang sepatutnya. Ini merupakan kali kedua saya berkunjung ke Jambatan Mengkabong selepas selesai solat subuh seawal 5.10 pagi. 

Suasana pemandangan yang berbeza matahari naik memang akan berlainan dari hari ke hari dan saya sebenarnya sedang memasang impian untuk melakukan penggambaran selama 30 hari setiap pagi tanpa gagal di lokasi yang sama. Namun ia perlukan kesungguhan dan disiplin untuk melakukannya. Saya teringat bagaimana cabaran seorang pendaki jurugambar dan wartawan sebuah surat khabar negara melakukan pendakian selama 111 hari di Gunung Kinabalu. Saya sedang memasang impian serupa tetapi di bidang yang lain.
