RFWDC Jamboree 4x4 Challenge

Location: Kampung Bambangan, Tambunan
Date: 13-14 Nov 2010
Categories: Semi-hardcore and Hardcore Challenge

Camera: Olympus E-1 + 12-60mm

In photography point of view, shooting 4x4 is a photography event which only those really interested on the 4x4 adrenalin will keep busy around. Big 4x4 events and challenges that are reachable to most of 4x4 photography enthusiast will be covered easily by fellow photographer. Some paid to do the job, but in my case, its a passion keep me always looking for our local 4x4 challenge. Going into the mud and rain quickly transformed into fun of taking photos.

My trusty camera, Olympus E-1 and 12-60mm serve my 4x4 photography passion. Its weather sealing make me less worried on the rain during 4x4 event. I still hope for Olympus to upgrade E-1 form factor with larger LCD and E-5 functions capable.

FourThirds Alive Petition

I found a petition to continue the 4/3 system of Olympus cameras. To all Olympus 4/3 system users (E-X, E-XX, E-XXX), take a look and sign. Because we don't want this system to die just like that even Olympus is focusing on their m4/3 mirror-less cameras.  They can co-exist together and hopefully there will be a pro bodies of m4/3 also.
