I'm not sure exactly but it looks like tail lamp design of the DMax or GWM Wingle 5, so the third-brake light, wheel arch looks like Toyota Hilux. But the addition of fin on fender ? That's looks like the idea of Ford Ranger. Searching on the Internet, I finally found the spyshot just like this car. So, this looks like Foton Tunland, a China Brand as mentioned in Paul Tan automotive blog here and here .
